Driven by a passion for enhancing urban life through sustainable, high performance design and community connectivity, Urban Eco Group has developed The Leon on Ponce to be a vibrant cornerstone of Atlanta’s Old Fourth Ward.
Prior to The Leon’s development, Urban Eco Group Founder and CEO Dave Radlmann moved into Ponce City Market to better understand the needs of the Old Fourth Ward community. Radlmann quickly noticed the lack of homeownership options and developed The Leon on Ponce as an opportunity not just to live, but to own alongside the Atlanta BeltLine in a community celebrated for its walkability, connectivity, and diversity.
With The Leon, Urban Eco Group continues to push the boundaries of what urban development can achieve by joining the ranks of Google, The Fox Theatre, and others in the Southface BIT Building Program and prioritizing sustainability, innovation, and community engagement.

DESIGNING WITH AN EYE TO THE FUTURE
With an innovative architectural design celebrating the energetic pulse of Atlanta’s Old Fourth Ward, S HOUSE designed The Leon on Ponce to lean into the future while respecting its historical backdrop.
Utilizing a striking yin-yang color scheme and dynamic architectural forms, The Leon offers a visual experience that changes with the viewer’s perspective. Continuous balconies encourage residents to embrace outdoor living while an earth toned vertical screen stretching across the building’s 2nd floor facade provides a welcoming, modern marquis.
A distinctive butterfly 'wing' roof and supporting V-shaped steel struts inject additional movement into The Leon’s modern architecture, transforming it into Old Fourth Ward’s newest landmark and contributing significantly to the neighborhood's ever evolving narrative.
